Our 40m² (400feet²) outdoor pool offers total anonymity from the outside world. Shared areas feature a garden full of blooming flowers, an open-air dining terrace, a stone bread oven, barbecue, and a swing / hammock to relax. For those who love the sea, Gemile Beach is only 10-minute drive (5km) away.
All four luxury suites at your disposal
Apsara Villa comes with 4 independent, luxurious suites – which makes it ideal for large families, friend groups, or multiple families having vacation together. When you book the villa, you can have all four of them at your disposal: Buddha, Deva, Lotus, Zen. In total, the suites in Villa Apsara offers sleeping capacity for up to 14 people. Each suite comes with an equipped kitchen, bathroom and most of them have a living room, a functional fireplace, as well as a private terrace or balcony. Free wireless internet, air-conditioning, fridge, kettle, rain shower, hair dryer and closet space are also standard in all rooms.

Apsara offers over 1200m2 outdoor space. Our pool and terrace features total privacy from the outside world, which creates the perfect atmosphere to relax. Sip your morning coffee under the shade of our mulberry tree. Use one of our barbecues or stone oven to cook a delicious dinner. A unique rental villa surrounded by nature & history
Apsara Villa is surrounded by some of the best natural and historical sites of Turkey. Right from our pool, one can see ruins of ancient Kayakoy, a greek village (“Livissi”) which got deserted after the 1st world war. Right above it there is Mount Baba, one of the most popular sites for paragliding in the world. On the other side, one can find the tranquil views of Kaya valley, an untouched nature reserve protected by government against construction work. Behind the hills, few kilometres away, there is Gemile, a beautiful sandy beach offering views of St. Nicholas Island and the surrounding peninsula.

Then we have on-demand catering and grocery shopping options for you. We can prepare yummy Turkish breakfasts, cook some of the most delicious Mediterranean dishes for dinner, and also deliver whatever groceries you need. Options include boat tours to nearby bays or world famous beaches such as Blue Lagoon (Oludeniz Beach), Butterfly Valley, Kabak, Gocek, Iztuzu (Dalyan); trekking and hiking around the Lycian Way; visiting key Turkish tourism hotspots such as Saklikent, Pamukkale, Ephesus; or taking speed-ferry to the nearby Greek Island Rhodes (90-minutes away). There are also great paragliding (one of the best in the world), scuba diving and jeep safari sites nearby. Location
Villa Apsara is easily reached via Dalaman Airport (58km, 75min. drive). Direct flights from many European city’s are available, as well as from Istanbul and Ankara. We arrange airport transfers on request (40€ one-way, 75€ return). Fethiye is the nearest city (15km, 25min) where one can find anything from shopping malls to major hospitals.
We arrange car rentals on request. However, this is not a must since there is a public transport stop (midibus) only 300meters away from Apsara, which you can take to Kaya village center (2km), Gemiler Beach (5km), or Oludeniz Beach (10km). There are also restaurants (500m) and a market (750m) within walking distance.
