Cancellation, Modification & Pre-payment Policy
These policies are applicable for reservations made directly (not via 3rd party sites or agencies). Condition may differ on other channels.
Pre-paid non-refundable rate: 100% pre-payment is required. Reservations cannot be cancelled, however date modification is possible up to one month (30 days) before check-in date. No refunds for early check-outs.
Non-refundable rate: 50% pre-payment is required and must be paid within 2 business days of the booking in order to confirm your reservation; the rest is paid one month (30 days) before check-in date. Reservations cannot be cancelled, however date modification is possible up to one month before check-in date. No refunds for early check-outs.
Refundable rate: 50% pre-payment is required and must be paid within 2 business days of the booking in order to confirm your reservation; the rest is paid 4 weeks (28 days) before check-in date. Up to 28 days before checkin, the prepayment is refundable and date modification is possible. No refunds for early check-outs.
Please contact us with your desired dates to inquire about our prices. You will always get the best rate if you book direct (rather than using partner sites). We also recommend booking for the upcoming season as early as winter time to ensure you can stay during your preferred dates. We offer discounts for early bookings (valid until December 31st) and repeat customers.
Food & Catering
Cooking: Each suite comes with a well-equipped kitchen, furthermore we offer barbecue facilities, as well as a stone bread oven for the use of our guests.
Nearby restaurants: There are many delicious restaurants in Kaya, some are within walking distance. Some others either offer pick-up service when you make a reservation or deliver directly to Apsara.
Catering service: We offer catering service on request. This is a great option for larger groups (4+ people), where we cook a large selection of dishes from the Turkish and Mediterranean cuisines. We can also prepare your breakfast. Contact us for details.
You can only smoke outdoors, or in your balcony / terrace. It’s not allowed to smoke within the suites / in closed areas. This is very important because our suites have wooden interiors. If smoking is detected, the Customer is obliged to cover the cost of the comprehensive cleaning to remove the cigarette smell from the rooms.
Children & Age Policy
Children are welcome at Apsara, however they must remain in adult supervision at all times. We don’t charge extra person fees for children 0-2 years of age.
Minimum check-in age is 21 years. This means those who are younger than 21 may not stay at Apsara without adult supervision.
Animals are not allowed at Apsara, except for guide dogs for impaired persons.
No parties or events are allowed on the property. Quite hours after midnight (e.g. no music outside, indoors is okay).
The insurance policies of the Rental Property (earthquake, fire, flood etc.) does not provide cover for the staying guests. Guests are advised to have their own personal insurances, such as life, health, theft.
In accordance with local laws, identities of all the staying guests will be shared with the respective government authorities. For this reason, all guests are obliged to provide passport details during the check-in.
